Entered orders for stainless steel sheets, parts and cut plate into the computer system and processed daily invoices, maintained Cardex System of inventory and audited reports to assure computer records equaled the card file and the actual floor inventory, filled in for receptionist, accounts payable clerk, and accounts receivable/credit supervisor as necessary. Also involved in pricing and quoting of cut stainless plate for customer orders and shop inventory.
Answered heavy phones, took orders for safes and parts and entered them into the computer, assisted with accounts payable, accounts receivable and typing of correspondence. Was also available to helping the sale of safes to walk-in trade and to do work in the warehouse in shipping and receiving and in assembling safe doors, setting combinations and making keys.
