Daniel Mc INNIS

1870. Will of Daniel Mc Innis, Book 4 pg. 366, Dated 8 Oct. 1865, Probated 
5 Jan. 1870, Executors David Vaughan and Benjamin Shoope, Western Shore.
   Beloved wife, Elizabeth, all my real estate at Oak Island, with the
Eastern Part of the House and buildings, providing she remains a widow;
if she marries she is only to retain Right of Dower: also a lot of land
on Western Shore, bounded on South by lands of Simeon Ball, on East by
Sea Shore, on North by lands of John Rafuse, on West by Crown Lands, 
containing 50 acres, to be reserved as a Wood Lot for the benefit of wife
and sons to cut fire wood and fencing, and to be divided equally by James
and George after wife's decease.
After debts and expenses, the sum of $ 12.00 to David Seaboyer and the remainder for wife Elizabeth, for her benefit during her natural life and then to be equally divided between sons, James and George.
Executors to sell as much as required to pay all demands against estate. Witnesses J. H. Jamison, Charles Hilchey and Charles H. Church.

Dated 11 Feb. 1797. Probated 19 June 1800, Sole Executrix, wife
Mary, wit. Franklin Etter, James Smith and Peter Collacutt:  Being
very sick and weakly in body but of perfect mind and memory, etc.
First, I make and ordain the Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament, my beloved wife Mary Millett (former Mary Houghton, of Timothy and Eunice Whitcombe). That 1/3 Part of all my land and property and movable effects, I give to my beloved wife, Mary Millett, freely to enjoy during her life and the other 2/3 to be equally distributed amongst my children as they come of age or should marry, and further that neither of my sons or daughters shall dispose of their portion, which shall be to them allotted severally, without it is to each other. Signed and Sealed by George Millett on 11 Feb. 1797.

Jacob MAUSER

1768. Will of Jacob Mauser, Konigsburg, [Kingsburg], Book 1. Lun.,
Dated 5 April 1768, Probated 27 July 1779. Written in German, Executors,
Constantin and Martin Kaulbach. Witnesses Martin Kaulbach, Jacob Sperry
and Godlieb Newman. 
4 sons, Samuel, Johann Jacob, Hendrick, Mathias [youngest son.]. 3 daughters, Margaretha, Anna Maria, Judith [youngest daughter]. Youngest daughter, Judith, when she marries to receives a Dowry consisting of a Cow and Calf, or Pregnant Cow, also a Bed in good condition and a Dress in good condition as usual from the one who owns the 30 Acre Lot, be it the Mother, the youngest son or his heirs.
5. House or Horse, all this shall go to my youngest son, Matthias Mosher, alone and it shall alway be his. The Two Oxen and Horse shall first be separated from the other Cattle, before the rest be divided.
6. It is also my Earnest Wish that the large Bible located in my house shall always stay there and go to him who owns the 30 acres of land and be his property.
7.Also I seriously wish that the Island belonging to the 30 acres, shall go to my sons, mentioned above, for them to share together and to let my cattle graze on it and that one, as well as the other, have the right to use it.

Majesty's Reign, Executors, wife Catharina Eliz. M., Jacob Heyson
and William Keddy, wit. George Zwicker, Melchoir Zwicker and John 
Christopher Lohnes. 
I, Henry Moser of the Township of Lun., Province of N.S., Yoeman, being of Sound Mind and Memory, Do Make, Constitute, Ordain and Appoint this My Last Will and Testament.
First, I Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved wife,Catharina Elizabeth, all of My Personal Estate which I die possesseth of and to Sell and Dispose any part thereof as she may think proper for the discharge of my Lawful Debts and the remainder of such Personal Estate to be kept by her and Accounted for when my youngest son John Jacob cometh to the age of 21 years and then to be Equally Divided between all my children.
I also Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Wife the use of all my real estate of which I die possesseth of for to Hold and enjoy the same until the above term, my youngest son John Jacob has arrived to the age of 21 years without any Hindrance or Molestation whatever.
I Give and Bequeath after the above Mentioned Term, unto my 3 Sons, John Christopher, John Henry and John Jacob, all My Real Estate of which I die possesseth of, for to Share and Share Alike for them and their heirs for ever, they paying jointly to each of their sisters, say to Maria Sophia £ 15 Currency, to Maria Magdalena £ 15 Currency, to Catharina Barbara £ 15 Currency, to Johanna £ 15 Currency and to Elizabeth £ 15 Currency. But in case any of them should die before, and having no legal heirs, then in such case, such portion shall be divided between the survivors share and share alike, but subjecting them when the division takes place both the Real Estate, subject to the mother's dower.
Lastly I Nominate and Appoint my Beloved Wife Catharina Elizabeth, Jacob Heyson and William Keddy to be Joint Executors to this, to be My Last Will and Testament, in Witness Whereof I have Affixed My Hand and Seal at Lun. this 10 th. day of May and in the Year of our Lord 1810 and in the Fiftieth Year of His Majesty's Reign.
Johann Henrich Mohser S.S Signed,Sealed and Acknowledged this to be My Last Will and Testament and at His Request, we the underscribers have Subscribed our Names. George Zwicker, Melchor Zwicker and John Christopher Lohnes.
On Mon. 11 th. Feb. 1811, this day the Last Will and Testament of John Henry Mosher, late of Lun., Yoeman, deceased was Proved in Common Form of Law on the Oath of George Zwicker, Melchor Zwicker and John Christopher Lohnes, three of the Subscribing Witnesses, and Probate was Granted to Catharina Elizabeth, Relict to the deceased and Jacob Heyson and William Keddy, Yoeman, Executrix and Executors named in said will: they being first Sworn, Duly and Faithfully to Execute the Trust reposed in them.

Joseph Bezanson and Hannah, his Loving wife.  Witnesses Peter Eisenhaur,
James Mariette and Joseph Dimock. 
Wife Hannah, 1/3 part of Personal and Real Estate during her Natural Life, as her Right of Dower.
Sons George, Peter and Isaac, all his Real Estate not disposed of in this will and Testament, in Proportions, when the youngest child, then living, is of age.
They are to pay 4 daughters, Sophia, Mariah, Elizabeth and Ann, £ 5 or support of children until youngest is 18 years old and then it goes to sons.
To Sell as soon as convenient Lot # 9 bordering on West Side of Windsor Road to pay lawful Debts and Funeral Expenses.
Sons to be Rewarded when youngest child is of age.

13 Dec. 1824 Lun., wit. Adam Moschel, George and Thomas Oxner, Probate
granted to John Jacob, Peter Mosher and Jacob Mossman.
Wife, Regina Charlotte, £ 300, Halifax Currency to be raised out of notes and mortgages: and in case amount cannot be raised 5 sons shall pay it out of Land Inherited.
Eldest son John Jacob, the House he built at his own expense with one acre of land adjoining said House, with a Safe Landing Place, to be bound by Brook running down to the Salt Water.
Other sons Samuel, John, John Henry and Daniel, the House, Barn, Store and Outhouses that are within the Fence, to be divided among them, share and share alike.
5 Sons, two Islands, one called Long Island and the one next to it. 1/2 part of Schooner ,"Two Sister's" to four sons, Samuel, John, John Henry and Daniel.
Well beloved daughters, Elizabeth and Ann Margaret £ 100 each, to be raised out of notes in Hand and Mortgages etc.
Any remaining cash to be divided among 5 sons.

Clearland. Witnessed by Philip Heyson, Peter Zwicker, Michael Hennessy.
I give, demise and bequeath unto the children of my son Nicholas Mouser, deceased, the sum of £20, to be equally paid to each of them by my Executors ten years after the death of the deceased from Peter Mauser's and Benjamin Mouser's notes of hand to me.
Daughter Mary Ann, wife to Christopher Corkum, the sum of £2 currency 10 years after his death by Peter and Benjamin.
Daughter Magdalena, wife to Nicholas Mader, the sum of £2 currency 10 years after his death by Peter and Benjamin.
Daughter Anmery, wife to John Davis, the sum of £2 currency 10 years after his death by Peter and Benjamin.
Daughter Louisa, wife to Nicholas Winocht, the sum of £2 currency 10 years after his death by Peter and Benjamin.
The Notes of Peter and Benjamin are to be kept renewed, by the executors when required by them, in order that the notes should not get out of date. If a balance should remain on the notes unpaid, the balance if any is to be equally paid to Peter and Benjamin.
The rest of my sons and daughters not herein mentioned, have already been paid their shares.

2 sons Jacob and Ephriam, all my Real Estate at Kingsburg Farm, where I now Reside and my Share and Interest in Gaff Point and Shaw Back? so called.
Son Daniel, £ 400 out of Personal Estate, Good Notes, Bonds, Mortgages on Hand, and also Debt owing him from George Morasch, Chester.
wife, Mary Regina, £ 100 in Good notes, 4 Sheep and 1 Cow.
Daughter Mary Oxner, £ 100 in Good notes and Mortgages, also 4 Sheep.
Daughter Elizabeth, £100, 1 Cow, 4 Sheep and a Good Feather Bed.
Sons Jacob, Ephriam and Daniel all Stock of Cattle Remaining, Sheep, Farming Utensils, Household Furniture, belonging to Farm where he now Resides.
Wife, Mary Regina, daughter Mary Oxner and Elizabeth Mosher, land Twsp. of Chester, now Occupied by Michael Morasch.
Rest of Real Estate to be Equally Divided among them in Equal Parts.
Sons, Jacob and Ephriam to Provide good Comfortable Boarding, Washing, Lodging to wife for as long as she shall Live.
