They have received their portion of my estate during my lifetime. First, I Give and Bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth, wife to Peter Zinck, the sum of £ 100 Currency, my said daughter having already received £ 50, making together £ 150. Ninth, all the rest and remainder of my Personal Effects shall be sold at Public Auction three months after my decease, and the net proceeds thereof, together with any one surplus in cash or otherwise shall be Equally Divided amongst All my Children share and share alike. Excepting my wearing apparel which is equally to be divided amongst my 4 sons share and share alike.
