David, Valentine, Peter and John have Built Houses on 30 Acre Lot.
   Jacob 30 Acre Lot #4 Oakland, to pay to brother George Michael £ 10,
2 30-Acre Lots at Clearland, John Melchoir £ 10 + £ 25 in 6 months,
at Clearland.
   6 sons, David, Valentine, Peter, John, Casper and Thomas, N.W. Range,
Blockhouse, Sawmill. 
   Sarah, 1/2 Lot #8 at Indian Point.
   Son John to Erect and Pay for Stone, "Here Lies Interred, Peter the 
Second of Lun.", and bury him at Mush a Mush Grounds, Mahone Bay or 
pay the Reform Church Lunenburg £ 25 currency. 
   Books to be sold at Public Auction among his own family to defray 
part of Funeral Expenses.
   The sum of £ 500 to be paid to daughters in Equal Portions, also
1 Cow, 2 Sheep and a Complete New Feather Bed.

   30-Acre Lots Mahone Bay, C # 13, and E # 14, Mill Land, Grist Mill
and Saw Mill to Melchoir, John, Jacob and Henry.
   Henry to care for his mother Catherine, of John, older sons had 
Houses, sons to have Free use of Road to get out of each others land. 
   Some children not mentioned in Will.
   Some children not of age, could be Elizabeth 1792 and Ann Barbara 1801.

   Son George, the 1/2 of Land where he now lives, and Son Peter, to 
Share and Share Alike.

from Peter Mason.

Francis over some accounts and other matters.  In March 1855, Diary

1841. Will of George Zwicker, Twsp. of Chester, Dated 27 Oct. 1841.
   Executors son Elisha and Peter Corkum, witnesses Daniel Dimock,
Peter Zwicker and Jacob Eisenhaur.
   After my Funeral Expenses and Just Debts are paid. I give unto my
beloved wife Hannah Zwicker (formerly the widow Hannah Melvin), 1/2
of the Homestead where I now live during her natural life; and all
the Household Furniture for her use and benefits forever as an
equivalent for her Right of Dower in my Real Estate, likewise 1 Cow
and 4 Sheep.
   It is my will that my Executors hereafter named do, as soon as 
Convenient after my decease to Sell all my Land situate in Caanan,
so called.  Likewise to sell off the Stock and Farm Utensils not
immediately wanted on the farm.   
   I likewise Give and Bequeath unto my eldest son Elisha, £ 5 
making £ 35 with what he has already received from me in Stock and
Farming Utensils from off my farm in Caanan.
   I Likewise Give and Bequeath unto my 2nd son Francis, the 
remaining 1/2 of the Homestead with Stock and Farming Utensils not
disposed of by my Executors and at the decease of his Mother to
have the Whole of the Homestead, with this Provision, that he take 
care of Salmon ? Bushen, give him suitable boarding, clothes 
according to the engagement I have entered into with the said Salmon ?
Bushen and make up what what deficiencies in the legacy hereafter named.
   I Give and Bequeath unto my 3 daughters each, that is Sophia, 
Esther and Sarah, the Sum of £ 10 to be paid as soon as convenient by
my Executors.
   Should the Real and Personal Estate sold by my Executors not be
Sufficient to pay the Girls Legacies after my creditors are satisfied,
in that case they shall pay them £ 5 each and the other 1/2 they must
get from Francis at the decease of their Mother or when he comes on
possession of the whole of the Homestead. 
   And should the Estate Sold by the Executors be more more than is
Necessary to pay my Debts and Different Legacies, then in that case 
they shall pay the remaider unto my widow.
   Lastly I Make and Ordain my well beloved son Elisha and my trusty
friend Peter Corkum, Executors to my Estate and to this my Last Will
and Testament.

1854. Will of Melchoir Zwicker, Dated 4 Feb. 1848, Probated 21 Feb. 1854,
Executors, brother George and friend John Zwicker, Mahone Bay, Witness 
Benjamin Mader, Thomas Hayden or Hyson and Henry Keddy.
   Children, Jacob, Melchoir, Peter, Mary m. James Veinot, Isaac, 
Mathias, Abraham, 5 shillings cash.
   Real estate to natural son David and heirs, in consideration of
his kind and dutiful behavior towards me.

(Melchoir was a widower, wife Anna Maria Cath. (Mosher) had died in 1842)

1870. Will of J. Melchoir Zwicker, Dated 20 Sept. 1853, Probated
7 Feb. 1870, wit. Francis Zwicker, Executors Joseph Zwicker and George
Zwicker, 13 children, 9 in will.
   John was the father of the four shipbuilding brothers, John Henry, 
Elkanah, Rupert and Charles.
