Beth Dyer Remembers...

My first time on the mountain is one I will never forget.We were at the campfire and I was sitting on the back of on of the benches. Gregg came up to me and asked me if I was cold, which I was, so he sent me to the front of the fire to sing a song with H, Liz and Amy. I was hooked that moment on.

I have learned many things at Horton Center. I have laughed, cried and made many friends. I have seen staff come and go as well as campers. Horton makes me feel safe and secure and I am not afraid to be myself!
