Next Friday we will be taking place in an exciting auction, one that could supply us with our future church building. Wayne is registered as an official bidder and has already paid a 10% downpayment to show he is serious. The starting bid is just under $10,000. That's for the building; land sold seperately, batteries not included. Immediate repairs that will need to take place include buying and installing a new furnace and setting up seating for church services. The location is ideal, the size is perfect, the time is right: PRAY WITH US!!!
Key Prayer Points
1. For about a year now we've been praying for that the Lord would give us 80 new believers in Kagarlyk by the end of September '00. So far 57 remain. Please pray that the Lord would give us wisdom and bless our activities this summer to bring them in.
2. As mentioned above, on June 23 there will be an auction for the building we would like to buy as our future church. It has great potential for lots of our activities. The starting bid is $10,000. Pray that if it is the Lord's will He would supply all the money we need ahead of time, keep the bid low, and let us win. We also need money to buy the land (this should be inexpensive) and for repairs. Between $5,000 and $10,000 all up.

Other
1) In around a week's time we should be registered as Calvary Chapel Kagarlyk, so our lawyer informs us.
2) Another document is re-registering the church van in the name of a local. This has finally taken place, but for the time being he is the only one who can use it. That means we have to impose on him a lot. The next step is for us to get the remaining documents so that everyone else on the team can drive it.
3) Gareth is currently in Austria trying to get an international drivers license and a new Ukrainian visa.
