The History of the Will Books in Bartow County Court House is very important to the many researchers who are trying to tie a part of their lives to those of the past. Many of the surnames in these Wills have descendants still living in Bartow County today.

Some Wills were made in another Town, County, or State, but was probated in Bartow County.
