Meadowcroft Village


We went to Meadowcroft Village on November 20th. We went to the locksmith barn to see how they made horseshoes and chains in pioneer days. We also saw how they made candles back them at the candle house. Then we walked around the grounds to see the different buildings and what was insde them. We went to the taffy house and made homemade taffy. We also sang Christmas songs there. After the taffy making we went to another building and strung popcorn and made an ornament out of wall paper. You just fold the paper in a fan. Fold in half and tie with curling ribbon.
