Molly Vaughan was born in June 1761. She was the daughter of William T. Vaughan and Mildredge __________. She was a twin to Milly Vaughan. She married Winkfield Hayes. He was the son of John Hayes and Elizabeth __________. Winkfield died in 1792. Winkfield and Molly had 8 children:

1. Elizabeth Hayes, died 1796
2. John Hayes, died 1797
3. Winkfield Hayes
4. Catherine Hayes
5. Ankey Hayes
6. Rachel Hayes
7. Nancy Hayes
8. Sally Hayes
