“BUT I FEAR, LEST BY ANY MEANS, AS THE SERPENT BEGUILED EVE THROUGH HIS SUBTLETY, SO YOUR MINDS SHOULD BE CORRUPTED FROM THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST. FOR IF HE THAT COMETH PREACHETH ANOTHER JESUS, WHOM WE HAVE NOT PREACHED, OR IF YE RECEIVE ANOTHER SPIRIT, WHICH YE HAVE NOT RECEIVED, OR ANOTHER GOSPEL, WHICH YE HAVE NOT ACCEPTED, YE MIGHT WELL BEAR WITH HIM.” (2 COR. 11:3,4) (Emphasis mine)

In past issues we have dealt with the demons appearing as Mary all over the world. This month, I intend to deal with this “Jesus” that is also appearing alongside the false Mary. This “Jesus” when speaking, seems to only glorify Mary. So I would like to take a look at what he is saying and compare it with the word of God. We must all admit that if Jesus were truly appearing, surely He would not contradict what He has already said! With that in mind, let us look at the first quote from this false Christ:

“The Heart of My Mother has the right to be called Sorrowful, and I wish this title placed before that of Immaculate because she has won it for herself...She has earned it by her identification with My Sorrows, by her sufferings, BY HER SACRIFICES AND HER IMMOLATION ON CALVARY endured in perfect correspondence with My grace for the salvation of mankind” (Call of the Ages, Thomas W. Petrisko, 255) (Emphasis mine).

First, let me tell you that the book that the above quote is taken from is on the Catholic best seller list! I highly recommend that my Christian brothers and sisters pick up a copy and look at what blasphemous statements are made not only by this false Jesus and Mary, but by prominent Catholic leaders as well! Now let’s take apart this quote from this false Christ, although I find it hard to believe that any of our readers could be so blind as to not see the errors!

First of all, no one can earn grace. That is an oxymoron! To say that one can “merit” what is “unmerited” is just plain double-think.

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. FOR BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED THROUGH FAITH; AND THAT NOT OF YOURSELVES: IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD: NOT OF WORKS, LEST ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST.” (Ephesians 2:4-9) (Emphasis mine)

Which means that Mary did not earn or merit anything! It is the merit of the work of Christ that allows us to enter His Kingdom. As Job 37:7 states quite clearly:

“He sealeth up the hand of every man that all men may know His work.”

The next statement I must take occasion with is “...her sufferings, by her sacrifices and her IMMOLATION on Calvary...”. Maybe if I show you the definition of “immolation” you will understand how blasphemous this statement is! “Immolate: to offer a sacrifice at an altar; to kill”. So what is actually being said here by this "Christ" is that Mary offered Him as a sacrifice and suffered the same pain and suffering that He Himself bore, thereby becoming the Coredemptrix. They are telling us that Mary also offered herself also for the redemption of mankind! Yet Hebrews 1:1-3 states clearly:

“GOD, WHO AT SUNDRY TIMES AND IN DIVER MANNERS SPAKE IN TIMES PAST UNTO THE FATHERS BY THE PROPHETS, HATH IN THESE LAST DAYS SPOKEN UNTO US BY HIS SON, [notice not by Mary, but by the Son] WHOM HE HATH APPOINTED HEIR OF ALL THINGS, BY WHOM ALSO HE MADE THE WORLDS; WHO BEING THE BRIGHTNESS OF HIS GLORY, AND THE EXPRESS IMAGE OF HIS PERSON, AND UPHOLDING ALL THINGS BY THE WORD OF POWER, WHEN HE HAD BY HIMSELF PURGED OUR SINS, SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE MAJESTY ON HIGH....” (Emphasis mine)

Jesus Christ purged our sins BY HIMSELF! He needed no one to help him. He offered Himself according to the word of God, Mary did not offer Him as a sacrifice!

“WHO NEEDETH NOT DAILY, AS THOSE HIGH PRIESTS, TO OFFER UP SACRIFICE, FIRST FOR HIS OWN SINS, AND THEN FOR THE PEOPLE’S: FOR THIS HE DID ONCE, WHEN HE OFFERED UP HIMSELF.” (Heb. 7:27) (Emphasis mine)

This should be sufficient for all to see that this "Christ" appearing is not the Christ Jesus we find in the word of God. Every time this "Christ" speaks, he gives glory to Mary which I find strange considering when Jesus walked the earth, He gave all glory to the Father. When the Holy Spirit came, He did not speak of Himself but gave glory to Jesus!

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.” (John 16:13, 14) (Emphasis mine)

This false Jesus speaks of and glorifies Mary...the Mary that appears....speaks of and glorifies herself...now something is seriously wrong with that. Isn’t it simple logic that tells us that if Mary had truly been appearing, she would always point to and glorify Jesus? There is not one scripture that testifies to Mary having any part in the salvation of mankind but to accept it herself seeing that even she knew she needed a Savior!

Sadly enough, I am aware that our Catholic readers are probably not quite convinced. So let’s take a look at another quote from this alleged Christ.

“My son, I assure you once more the hour of cleansing after which a new sky, a new earth, and new Church will arise. IT WILL BE OBVIOUS TO ALL THAT MY MOTHER, THE QUEEN OF VICTORY, WILL HAVE INTERVENED DECISIVELY...THERE WILL BE GREAT PEACE, A GREAT PEACE. THE LAND OF TERROR WILL FALL AT THE KNEES OF MARY. HER BLUE MANTLE WILL OVERSHADOW THEM...THEY WILL JOIN THE FREE WORLD IN PEACE AND HARMONY....” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 472) (Emphasis mine)

Does this sound like the Lord Jesus to you? Saying that anyone will fall at the knees of Mary? Every time anyone tried to bow before angels, apostles, etc...they were told to get up and worship God alone! But this “Jesus” appears to disagree! And what about this “great peace”?

“And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?” (2 Kings 9:22)

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” (1 Thess. 5:3)

Here is what really bothers me, when speaking of the glorious gospel, what do they have to say? On page 282 of Call of the Ages, it says:

“Not surprisingly, the Virgin’s triumph then is simply the message of the Gospel.”

Mary’s triumph is the message of the Gospel? This is what really angers me! Jesus Christ who is God, came to earth to offer Himself a sacrifice for the sins of mankind and to rise again, overcoming sin and death, so that we could enter His kingdom. But Catholicism has changed the gospel to be the victory of Mary!!!!! This is the ultimate blasphemy if you ask me! Let’s see how Paul sums up the gospel and compare it to what we have just discussed:

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I declared unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES; AND THAT HE WAS BURIED, AND THAT HE ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. AND LAST OF ALL HE WAS SEEN OF ME ALSO, AS OF ONE BORN OUT OF DUE TIME...BUT NOW IS CHRIST RISEN FROM THE DEAD, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. FOR SINCE BY MAN CAME DEATH, BY MAN COME ALSO THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD. FOR AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE.” (1 Cor. 15:1-8, 20,21) (Emphasis mine)

No mention of Mary in there anywhere! This gospel being preached by these apparitions is clearly “another gospel” spoken by “another Jesus” as Paul warned us not to accept.

I pray that this is sufficient for you to understand that this could not be the true Christ Jesus that is appearing. I would like to share with you some of the “prophecies” declared by these demons appearing as “angels of light” (2 Cor.11:13-15). I feel it is very important to begin by telling you that Satan’s formula for success is 99% truth, 1% outrage. The claims of this “Mary” are frightening. They speak of the end times when the Antichrist rules and the image of the beast is set up. The clincher here is this: this apparition of “Mary” claims that when the era of peace comes, she will no longer need to appear all over the world, for her image will appear on a mountain and it will not be able to be moved or destroyed and great healing will proceed from it and she will talk to the peoples of the world through this indestructible image. Sound hauntingly familiar?

“AND DECEIVE THEM THAT DWELL ON THE EARTH BY THE MEANS OF THOSE MIRACLES WHICH HE HAD POWER TO DO IN THE SIGHT OF THE BEAST; SAYING TO THEM THAT DWELL ON THE EARTH, THAT THEY SHOULD MAKE AN IMAGE TO THE BEAST, WHICH HAD THE WOUND BY A SWORD, AND DID LIVE. AND HE HAD POWER TO GIVE LIFE UNTO THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST, THAT THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST SHOULD BOTH SPEAK, AND CAUSE THAT AS MANY AS WOULD NOT WORSHIP THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST SHOULD BE KILLED.” (Rev. 13:14, 15) (Emphasis mine)

You see, I believe that an image will appear of “Mary”, but I do not believe it is a good thing. I believe it will be the image of the beast as warned against in Revelation. You really need to read what these apparitions are saying and compare them to the word of God. Then you will see how clever Satan is to tell the “blind” what he plans to do, making it seem desirable (especially to those who don’t read their Bible) when, in fact, scripture clearly takes the opposite stand!

“And then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: EVEN HIM, WHOSE COMING IS AFTER THE WORKING OF SATAN WITH ALL POWER AND SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS, and with ALL DECEIVABLENESS of unrighteousness in them that perish; BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH, THAT THEY MIGHT BE SAVED. and for this cause GOD SHALL SEND THEM A STRONG DELUSION, THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE A LIE: THAT THEY ALL MIGHT BE DAMNED WHO BELIEVED NOT THE TRUTH, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (2 Thess. 2:8-12) (Emphasis mine)

This is why we constantly beg you to READ YOUR BIBLE! The word of God is our shield, our strength, our standard. By it we discern between truth and a lie. If you do not read and study your bible, how can you recognize error? For example, the “Virgin Mary” appeared to Julia Kim, a stigmatist from Naju, Korea and said:

“...Now I will ask the Lord to give you a miraculous spring here so that I CAN WASH YOUR SOUL AND BODY....”

She also spoke to Maria Esperanza (stigmatist), Betania, Venezuela:

“I CAN LOOK INTO THE DEPTHS OF YOUR HEARTS AND SEE THE DESIRE....”

Who washes our soul? Jesus! Not Mary! And who can see or know a man’s heart?

“THE HEART IS DECEITFUL ABOVE ALL THINGS, AND DESPERATELY WICKED: WHO CAN KNOW IT? [now the answer!] I THE LORD SEARCH THE HEART, I TRY THE REINS, EVEN TO GIVE MAN ACCORDING TO HIS WAYS, AND ACCORDING TO THE FRUIT OF HIS DOINGS.” (Jer. 17:9,10)

So as you can see, it is not Mary, but the Lord who searcheth and knoweth the hearts of men. But what about washing our souls? Of course Psalm 119:9 tells us that a man can cleanse his way by taking “heed according to thy word”. Hebrews 10:19-22 tells us:

“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.”

“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth, unto him that loved us, and WASHED US FROM OUR SINS IN HIS OWN BLOOD.” (Rev. 1:5) (Emphasis mine)

To say that Mary can wash us from our sins is abominable and totally without scriptural support.

I have a quote on page 276 of the book Call of the Ages that has Jesus saying “My Mother and I are one....” Again, contrary to scripture (John 10:30) It goes so far as to say that without Mary there would be no salvation! How degrading to Jesus’ once and for all sacrifice!

The entire purpose of this #1 best seller is to show Catholics and in all reality, all peoples of the earth that these apparitions come with great signs and wonders, (although in the Bible, it warns that the false prophet comes with signs and wonders) and that a “Great Sign” is coming, one that is compared with the sign given at Fatima when the sun spun and appeared to be crashing toward the earth and then returned to its rightful place. The apparitions claim another Fatima is about to transpire. I believe that this is very possible. The question is: who is giving these signs; Satan or God? The scripture is clear that this is the working of Satan Himself. Jesus Himself warned us with these words:

“AND THEN IF ANY MAN SHALL SAY TO YOU, LO, HERE IS CHRIST; OR, LO, HE IS THERE; BELIEVE HIM NOT. FOR FALSE CHRISTS AND FALSE PROPHETS SHALL RISE, AND SHALL SHOW SIGNS AND WONDERS, TO SEDUCE, IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, EVEN THE ELECT. BUT TAKE YE HEED: BEHOLD, I HAVE FORETOLD YOU ALL THINGS.” (Mark 13:21-23) (Emphasis mine)

In Matthew 16: 1-4 , Jesus also tells us:

“The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? A WICKED AND ADULTEROUS GENERATION SEEKETH AFTER A SIGN; and THERE SHALL NO SIGN BE GIVEN UNTO IT, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. ” (Emphasis mine)

The sign of Jonah was that after three days the Lord Jesus would rise again. No other sign is given unto this wicked and perverse generation. For one to seek a sign in order to believe God is abominable. To say it is necessary for Christ or Mary to return constantly to this earth to appear and give messages is ridiculous. He came into this world once and is coming back again to pour out His judgment. (Heb.9:2) He is not appearing here and there all over the world... He even told us Himself not to believe such things. The scriptures speak of Jesus’ second coming. It tells us that every eye shall see Him when He comes. It also says that when He appears the second time....not the third, fourth, or fiftieth time, but the second time, we shall be like him:

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” (1 John 3:2-3)

“BEHOLD, HE COMETH WITH CLOUDS; AND EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM, AND THEY ALSO WHICH PIERCED HIM: AND ALL KINDREDS OF THE EARTH SHALL WAIL BECAUSE OF HIM. EVEN SO, AMEN.” (Rev. 1:7) (Emphasis mine)

So as we see, when Jesus does return, every eye shall see Him. Not just a few “stigmatics” or “visionaries”. Once again, Rome has lied and told its people that the gifts of God are only for a few chosen people. Catholicism will tell you that only her teaching “magisterium” can know what the Bible means. Then they tell you that only special people get to see Jesus and hear His message. How unbiblical can you get? Yet many of you will still jump to her defense when her doctrines are exposed. Doesn’t it bother anyone else that Rome spreads such lies? Where are the warriors for truth? Where are those who will stand in the face of opposition and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in its simplicity and fullness?

In his book The Two Babylons, by Alexander Hislop, on pages 288-289, he concludes his book with a call to all Christians. His words are so beautiful and inspiring, I would like to close with them if I may.

“When we look over the history of the last 4000 years, what a meaning in the words of inspiration, that “the coming of the Man of Sin” is with the energy, “the mighty power of Satan.” Now, is this the system that, year by year, has been rising into power in our own empire? And is it for a moment to be imagined that lukewarm, temporising, half-hearted Protestants can make any head against such a system? No; the time is come when Gideon’s proclamation must be made throughout the camp of the Lord: “Whosoever is fearful and afraid, let him return and depart early from Mount Gilead.” Of the old martyrs it is said, “They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.” The same self-denying, the same determined spirit, is needed now as much as ever it was. ARE THERE NONE WHO ARE PREPARED TO STAND UP, AND IN THAT VERY SPIRIT TO GIRD THEMSELVES FOR THE GREAT CONFLICT THAT MUST COME, BEFORE SATAN SHALL BE BOUND AND CAST INTO HIS PRISON- HOUSE? Can anyone believe that such an event can take place without a tremendous struggle—that “the god of this world” shall quietly consent to resign the power that for thousands of years he has wielded, without stirring up all his wrath, and put forth all his energy and skill to prevent such a catastrophe. WHO, THEN, IS ON THE LORD’S SIDE? IF THERE BE THOSE WHO, WITHIN THE LAST FEW YEARS, HAVE BEEN REVIVED AND QUICKENED—STIRRED UP, NOT BY MERE HUMAN EXCITEMENT, BUT BY THE ALMIGHTY GRACE OF GOD’S SPIRIT, WHAT IS THE GRACIOUS DESIGN OF THIS? IS IT MERELY THAT THEY THEMSELVES MAY BE DELIVERED FROM THE WRATH TO COME? NO; IT IS THAT, ZEALOUS FOR THE GLORY OF THEIR LORD, THEY MAY ACT THE PARTS OF TRUE WITNESSES, CONTEND EARNESTLY FOR THE FAITH ONCE DELIVERED TO THE SAINTS, AND MAINTAIN THE HONOUR OF CHRIST IN OPPOSITION TO HIM WHO BLASPHEMOUSLY USURPS HIS PREROGATIVES. IF THE SERVANTS OF ANTICHRIST ARE FAITHFUL TO THEIR MASTER, AND UNWEARIED IN PROMOTING HIS CAUSE, SHALL IT BE SAID THAT THE SERVANTS OF CHRIST ARE LESS FAITHFUL TO THEIRS? If none else will bestir themselves, surely to the generous hearts and of the young and rising ministry of Christ, in the kindness of their youth, in the love of their espousals, the appeal shall not be made in vain, WHEN THE APPEAL IS MADE IN THE NAME OF HIM WHOM THEIR SOULS LOVE, THAT IN THIS GRAND CRISIS OF THE CHURCH AND OF THE WORLD, THEY SHOULD ‘COME TO THE HELP OF THE LORD—THE HELP OF THE LORD AGAINST THE MIGHTY,’ that they should do what in them lies to strengthen the hands and encourage the hearts of those who are seeking to stem the tide of apostasy, and to resist the efforts of the men who are laboring with such zeal, and with so much of infatuated patronage on the part of ‘the powers that be’ to bring this land back again under the power of the man of sin. To take such a part, and steadily and perseveringly to pursue it, amid so much growing lukewarmness, it is indispensable that the servants of Christ set their faces as a flint. But if they have grace so to do, they shall not do so without a rich reward at last; AND IN TIME THEY HAVE THE FIRM AND FAITHFUL PROMISE THAT ‘AS THEIR DAY IS, SO SHALL THEIR STRENGTH BE.’ For all who wish truly to perform their part as good soldiers of Jesus Christ, there is the strongest and richest encouragement. With the blood of Christ on the conscience, with the Spirit of Christ warm and working in the heart, with the Fathers Name on our forehead, and our life, as well as our lips, consistently bearing ‘testimony’ for God, we shall be prepared for every event. But it is not common grace that will do for uncommon times. If there be indeed such prospects before us, as I have endeavored to prove there are, then we must live, and feel, and act as if we heard every day resounding in our ears the words of the Great Captain of our salvation, ‘“TO HIM THAT OVERCOMETH WILL I GRANT TO SIT WITH ME ON MY THRONE, EVEN AS I ALSO OVERCAME, AND AM SET DOWN WITH MY FATHER ON HIS THRONE. BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH, AND I WILL GIVE THEE A CROWN OF LIFE.’” (Emphasis mine)

What more can I say? Mr. Hislop has most eloquently put my feelings down on paper and it is my prayer that your heart and soul are also inspired by such words. We must be faithful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and faithful to His word and His truth. How else will those lost and trapped in Catholicism’s lies ever break free? We must be bold and courageous and not worry about offending someone. We mustn’t worry about being politically correct. We need to be biblically correct. We cannot ask another to believe what we fear to profess. If you are a disciple of Christ, you must not look back, let up or slow down. You must not back away or be still. You must not flinch in the presence of the enemy. For God is our strength and our shield. This is the end times! It is not the time for mediocrity. It is not the time of indecisiveness. Our mission is clear. We should not be able to be bought, compromised, deterred, lured away, and most definitely never can we allow the gospel to be corrupted. If we will not stand for truth, who will?

I plead with all of you, read and study your Bible. It is the only way you will be able to recognize lies when you hear them. Then, when a false “Jesus”, or a false “Mary” appears , you will be able to test what they’re proclaiming against the sure word of God! Otherwise, you are like sheep being prepared for the slaughter. The false christs and false prophets that Jesus warned us about are everywhere.

“Beloved, BELIEVE NOT EVERY SPIRIT, BUT TRY THE SPIRITS WHETHER THEY ARE OF GOD: Because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1) (Emphasis mine)
