A Brief
"Commercial" Word:

The day I brought Pipp home, I took her
*outside* every hour. The next day when she needed to go *out*,
she tried to turn the doorknob and dead bolt to open the door.

I also used to always show her my shoes and tell
her that I couldn't go out without them. One day I was busy
reading and didn't notice her *signal* to go out. She went over
and barked at my shoes.

One day I had dinner cooking on my electric stove and I was
in the living room reading the paper. All of a sudden Pipp let
out one short, sharp YIP of a bark. I looked up and she was
standing, staring into the kitchen. I went to look and found out
that the burner was starting to short out and throw sparks.

Pipp always tried to get me up early on the
weekends. I would tell her "Just one more Hour". One
time she started to wake me and I thought it had only been a few
minutes. I looked at the clock - it was exactly one hour. Another
time I *felt* something near the bed - I looked up and Pipp was
standing there staring at the clock radio (there were still 2
more minutes left of the hour that I had asked for).
