Hey, this is Todd aka Slayer. I live in Shelburne, Vermont. I am married to Fawn, aka Wendi and have 2 great children, T.J. and Christina. I work as a construction foreman for A&M Construction Corp. I love to hunt. I hunt deer, turkey and bear with a bow and/or rifle. I use a Rugar 270. I have a Martin Bengal compound bow. I have taken a coyote at 10 paces back in 1997, and in 1999 I tagged out on the first day with two nice doe's.
I have just recently started a tracking service dedicated to tracking wounded big game with leashed dogs. I believe this is an ethical way of finding deer or bear that have been wounded by a hunter with a rifle or bow. I use our dog, "Cooper" who is a yellow lab/golden retriever cross. The previous picture is of a 120lb. black bear that Cooper found for one of the local game wardens. Here is Cooper's first tracking find! This was in Vermont Bow Season, and it is a 130 lb. 4 pointer.
