THEORY OF PERSONALITY EVOLUTION

All human beings are physically the same, only the knowledge contained inside the brain, the layout of neurons, makes people unique and different.
The knowledge obtained in the course of life changes the structure of anyones brain and the data held inside it. Be it useful or irrelevant, information is gained by the millisecond.
Therefore - No one person is the same person in one lifetime.

What this implies
This theory was developed when I saw a video of myself at my Mother's wedding a few years before. I hardly recognised myself and I realised how much I had changed - it is difficult to notice how many small changes, made over a long period of time, effects your personality and transforms you into a different person.
Clearly the above is true over the course of a few months or years, but to say it is valid for the duration of a few seconds may be flawed.

What I used this to claim was, whatever you have done wrong in the past is not your fault, since, in essence, you are a different person & it wasn't you who faultered. This is only true if you have gained knowledge/experience that would prove you would not have made the mistake had you known then what you know now.

This is a basis from which the following addage can be validated:-

Admitting you are wrong is enough to say you are sorry
