WHAT'S GOOD EXPERIENCE?

This idea stems from the time I spent doing a piece of maths coursework, late one night after class. It was a choice between doing that or updating my web site, but having spent a long time on the computers the day before I decided I needed to catch up on some serious work.
After spending well over an hour on the problem I was dismayed to see that the answer I got did not actually solve the original problem. So I went home sulking. Regarding the time spent as wasted, when I could have been doing something much more fun on the Internet.
However, when going back over my work to correct it, I realised that the time was not really wasted. I understood the work alot more for going through the problem, even though I did it wrong.

Any experience is good experience.

This, of course, is true when practicing any new skill.
Provided you learn from your errors, mistakes are worth just as much, if not more, than the experience of doing something right.
