38. Josef BEINSTINGEL was born on Aug 20 1909 in Nijemci, Yugoslavia. He immigrated on Nov 17 1951 to New York, USA. Came to the USA via Hamburg, Germany. He died on May 24 1968 in Burlinton, NJ. He served in the military WW II in Yugoslavia. Josef was in the Yugoslavian Army then he had to serve for the German Army. The reason for this was because his ancestrial home land was Germany. He went to the Netherlands then to Italy. The family lost contact with him until he was located by the Red Cross in 1948 in Italy in a POW camp. He was Danube Swabian of German descent.
He was married to Magdalena HARFMANN (daughter of Jakob HARFMANN and Christina BLUM) on Nov 18 1928 in Nijemci, Yugoslavia. Magdalena HARFMANN was born on Feb 8 1909 in Nijemci, Yugoslavia. She died on Apr 4 1994 in Burlinton, NJ. Josef BEINSTINGEL and Magdalena HARFMANN had the following children:
