The Satin Angora is a fairly new breed. It has been an official ARBA breed for about 8 years now. Satin Angoras are basically the same as the French Angora except for their extremely shinny wool! They have a depth of color unmatched by any of the other Angora breeds. These 2 characteristics make the Satins very desirable for wool & spinning. They are a beautiful rabbit in the show ring.
