Musik

Both of us love musik. "Classical" musik is our favorite. The periods of musik that most interest Christine are the medieval and renaissance periods. She really likes to hear or see a shawm, sausage bassoon, sackbut, etc... She plays the trumpet and the piano mainly. She can also play the French horn and handbells. she has a recorder, but doesn't know much about how it should be played. In the future she do hope to learn how to play it well. The other musik that she likes to listen to is that of the Russian romantic and contemporary periods. Borodin, Tchaikovsky (did you know his name means "seagull"?), Shostakovich, and such. Her favorite musikal group is the Canadian Brass. They sound really great. Listen to some of their stuff if you haven't already.

Aaron is a great singer and clarinetist. He has also played basson and oboe and hopes to learn to play the English horn. He sings loudly and likes to participate in church choirs. He is hoping to sing in the choir at the dedication of the Boston temple.
