CHALLENGE 5:

Locate resources regarding the use of colors on the web. While this is not SPECIFIC to graphics it is a consideration you need to be familiar with to use graphics effectively.

Have someone research post to the groups demonstration page as brief discussion of:
  1. The "Netscape Palette"
  2. RGB color values
  3. At least one other color related issue on web pages of your choosing
