Hi! I'm Jean Bowles. I was born and raised in a small rural town called New Salisbury, Harrison County,Indiana, population 98 when I left in 1947 and moved to Louisville, Ky!!(grin). The town of New Salisbury has grown in population over the years and now has many subdivisions and a business section.

I was married on July 3, 1954 in Louisville, Ky. My husband, Charles and I have a daughter, Brenda Sue, born December 5, 1957. Charles passed away August 3, 2004.

My Mother was an avid quilter, and loved to crochet. So I have followed in her footsteps. She taught me to crochet when I was a small child of about 6 years old. My interests are geneaolgy, crafts, quilting, flowers, my computer and my 3 cats.
