My Diet


Thanks for stopping by. Will you join me for a cup of coffee or tea No cream or sugar I am on a diet, and I am allergic to sugar, and processed foods. Would you like for me to share some DIET tips. I have lost hundreds of lbs during the last 25 years. Of course not all at once. 4 times I went on successful diets and got back to a much slimmer me by summer so I could get back into sexy bathing suits. That is why I have four children born in April. Go count, Skinny by June Pregnant in July (Plus nine months), Baby in April! My fourth child was also conceived after losing weight. I still remember being in an exercise class doing the upside down bicycle when my stomach did this funny little jiggle and moved down. That was when I realized I was pregnant. The first time I got pregnant I was already thin. And my last pregnancy I think we were too poor to be fat. I have been up and down with my weight more than the average person. Anyway during those years I discovered that my body is allergic to almost all processed foods. Like sugars, flours. So that just about covers all the food we have in our house! So my diets are always hard on the whole family! And especially me! I also know from experience that if I get sick and can not eat for a few days my body gets the necessary junk washed out of me, so that I can go on a serious diet that excludes breads and sweets. Everyone who knows me knows I love sweets! So you guessed it I got sick and I can name everything I ate for 3 days! Not much, and I already feel thinner! although you can not tell, I do! So now I will start my diet journal, and since I am always on the internet I decided to record it here. That way I will always know where it is! (LOL). I also learned during my teenage years that if I made myself write down everything I ate I will skip eating a bite here or there because of the effort it takes to write it down! I do not have to read diet books anymore I know what works for me... Not eating! I found a book at the library a year and a half ago, that is great. It is called "It's Not Your Fault You're Fat Diet Book". Of course I loved the title, and by going on this diet to test what my body was allergic to I discovered that I am allergic to breads, sugars, frutose, and even lettuce! But I can eat Meats, Fruits and most vegtables. I did great on the diet and lost 40 lbs, but then I got back to the old eating habits and put all the weight back on, and then some. I also drink lots of spring water during dieting it really helps wash the waste built up in my body, and helps me from being so hungry. Well here goes another try again! Oh and did I mention that I hate being Fat!

I got sick on Sunday afternoon, Feb 29, 1999 after eating a late Breakfast.
