My life has always been a simple one.
Never wanted or expected much.
Just what I felt could be done.
Then one day I received teriffic news.
A child I would have to take away my blues.
On a cold December day, you made your way into my life.
Christa...you became my life.
You were the prettiest baby I had ever seen.
So perfect, and God I was so proud of you.
No other as perfect as you it seemed.
Through the years I have watched you grow.
Tear stained faces, scrapes and bruises.
From what or where I don't know.
Yes we've had our days.
Not happy with each other.
But babe in my eyes, you are like no other.
GRADUATION...A strong hint to me.
That we are about to part.
Something I know that will tear my heart.
In my mind I have to let you go.
A beautiful young woman.
To Conquer the world, and rightly so.
I said earlier Christa, that you became my life.
Does not matter who or where you are.
You will always be my life.
You have a Mom, who is very proud of you.
I know you will succeed in all you say and do.
So I'll send you off with all my wishes.
