SHADOW ON THE MOON

Today we took you to the Hospital.
Your body has no strength to fight.
The look in your eyes, is one of sadness.
We wonder, should this be your life.
It breaks our hearts to see you this way.
Your lonliness is beyond compare.
The trip for home is not far away,
And at the gate, Lawrence will be there.
When you are gone, we will miss you.
But time will heal our wounds.
We'll look to the sky to find you.
And see your Face,
Causing Shadows on the Moon.
