My mother is Tora Israelsson, born as Tora Holmberg, daughter of Isak Holmberg. My eldest sister is Ingrid Bengtsson, married to Algot Walfridsson. Tora had 9 children; Ingrid (1936), Solveig (1938), Anita (1940), Ove (1942), Tor (1943), Leif (1945), Moni a (1947), Marita (1950), Margit (1952). I have 2 sons Johan Paulsson (1978) and Bjorn Paulsson (1979). I was married to Georg Paulsson, but we are devorced. I live in Tyreso, south of Stockholm City. (In this letter I do not use the swedish letters with dots like ö because they may be changed to other symbols on the way to your computer. I am a direct descendant of Adam Zehner through his son Peter. According to our printed family history, he arrived in America in 1746 at the age of 20 and not in 1754. A mention of this latter date and the ship information is also in the book, and notes the discrepancy. His name was Johann Adam and this is how he signed his name on the manifest. He was born in Wuerttemburg, Germany. His parents were David and Sabine Zehner. You can see a copy of his signature www.genealogypages.com under Zehner. It also has a copy of his parents marriage license. He was also already married when he came to America to an Elizabeth, last name unknown. Also, he couldn't have married Maria in 1745, he hadn't arrived here yet. Unless Elizabeth died very soon after he arrived, the couldn't have married Maria even if the date of their marriage was 1754. It's very confusing, isn't it? Great web site! It's nice to know a little about the other diabetics out there and their history. I'm 25 years old, Type 1 diabetic since the age of 7. My brother, 24 yrs. old, also has Type 1 diabetes, diagnosed at the age of 13. I am on NPH and Huma og, but my sugars for the last month have been a lillt wacky.
