Submit A Horse

Can anyone submit their horses for the Pedigree Database, and if so, how do I do it?
Anyone may submit horses as long as they subscribe to either the Express or the Model Racing Form. Why? Because this database was setup for those involved with these racing groups. Having a subscription to either of these newsletters is the only way we can be sure that you have agreed to *play* by the guidelines set forth by each group. What does NOR stand for?
NOR stands for Non-Organized Racing and can be found on certain horse's race records. It denotes those races that were not Express or MRF sanctioned races, but are still realistic races none the less.

Why are there holes in some horses pedigrees or information?
Mainly because we do not have the necessary resources to fill in the gaps. Currently, our strong points are Arabians, Thoroughbreds, and Standardbreds. But when it comes to stock horses - Quarter Horses, Paint Horses, and Appaloosas, we have precious little information on them than what we can glean from magazines, the internet, other hobbyists, etc. Any information that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated by everyone that uses this database!

Why are some people's horses not in the Database?
One of two things: 1) I haven't been able to put their horse's information up yet, or 2) the person has not sumbitted his/her horses. NO model horses will be listed unless the owner notifies me that they want their horses in the database.

Why do I keep getting broken links?
This page is constantly under construction as more and more horses are being added. A lot of times, I will add links to pages for other horses, even though they're not in the database yet. Why? Because I will be adding these horses later. For links that do work, go to the main page of the database. If a horse's name isn't there, then they don't have a page yet.
