Swedish Meatballs

  • 1 1/2 ground beef
  • little less than 1 pkg of onion soup
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream style horseradish
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cans Franco American Beef Gravy
Directions
Mix beef, onion soup, garlic powder, eggs, horseradish and bread crumbs together. Shape into small balls and lightly brown. Remove from browning pan into an oven dish. Pour gravy over the browned meatballs and bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Chicken Burrito Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup four cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp Burrito seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 - 3 cans Chunk white chicken in water
  • 1 red pepper

Cut red pepper into small pieces and set aside. Open cans of chicken and drain. Break chunks of chicken up with a fork until chicken looks shredded.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup of the chopped red pepper to sprinkle on top.

Spread mixture in a glass pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Spread on corn chips or use for dipping.
