She married twice. She married Alfred Huhtala in Auburn, Placer Co. Ca., June 12, 1926. Alfred was born October 17, 1902 in Rocklin, Placer Co. Ca.. She married Fred Meyers in Loomis Ca., After 1945. Fred was born June 26, 1893 in Lawrence, Douglas Co. Ka.. Fred died February 15, 1990 in Medford, Jackson Co. Or., at 96 years of age. His body was interred February 17, 1990 in Hillcrest, Memorial Park, Medford, Jackson Co. Or.

Helen Muriel Barnes and Alfred Huhtala had the following children:

+ 169 ii. Jerry Eugene Huhtala was born February 1, 1927.
