Here is a picture of my Father, Otis Eugene Bates. He was born and raised in Como, Mississippi. Even though he had little education he was an architect and building contractor. He enjoyed flowers, gardening, and reading.
This is a picture of my Dad when he was about 10/12 years old. I figure the picture was taken 1918/20 or somewhere in that neighborhood!
