What is All Scouts Day?
All the Scouts (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, Cub, and Boy Scouts) participate in the weekend activities during the first weekend of June.
The Activities begin on Friday evening with the older Scouts (Juniors and up) and Boy Scouts camping out in North Olmsted Park. On Saturday morning there is a parade for all Scout units.
After the parade there is a ceremony honoring Scouts and Scouters from the units of the city. After lunch all Scouts can participate in the afternoon activities, which may be demonstrations or skills contests. In the evening we have a bonfire with songs and skits for everyone. Following the bonfire there is a pre-teen and teen dance for those Scouts who are camping out on Saturday night.
Sunday morning we have church services for Catholic and Protestant. Everyone is invited to attend church, even those units that did not camp out.
