Scinthia Ann E. Stephens to be paid out of her mother's portion, when her
mother receives hers." Martha Jane was married to John Dallas c. 1825 in
Morgan Co., AL but is referred to here by her maiden name. It is
believed that Martha Jane was deceased before this time, but there is no
record to substantiate.
