Taylor-Man Enterprises This is me and my Papa A.K.A. My Attorney. I need my attorney often especially since I get accused of everything! The Following from an incident on 12/22/99 (Report by Daddy) While on routine DA-DA patrol I observed a light on in listed suspect's room. Knowing the area and observing the time to be 2330 hrs I knew this light was not normally on at this hour. I have personal knowledge the subject residing in this room goes to bed long before this hour. I proceeded to investigate the light. Upon arrival I heard no sounds or any movement. I then retrieved my self issued digital camera and returned to the suspicious happenings. Very cautiously I opened the door. No search warrant As I had permission to gain entry from the property owner) Upon opening The door I observed the suspect dressed in red pajamas sunglasses and a Denver broncos baseball cap holding a piece of reading material. I then identified myself to the suspect (Having personal knowledge to be Taylor Marston) Upon observing me the suspect began to laugh hysterically. I then took two photographs of the suspect. These photos have been retained as evidence. I then placed suspect into custody removing the odd late night clothing and transporting him back to bed. This was not without a struggle. The suspect was very physically uncooperative at this point. After a considerable amount of time the suspect calmed down and remained in bed. I am referring this case to MA-MA for charges of:) 1. Unlawful Curfew Violation 2. Unlawful Usage of lighting after set curfew 3. Unlawful Wearing of daytime clothes after set curfew 4.
