Cocoa who was on the handle bars smacked the top of her head into a fire hydrant, causing her to go bald! It is thought that these 2 are lovers!
Powers: (Cocoa) can strangle anyone with her feather boa constrictor (Dr. No Nose) Can kill with plastic surgery. When doing face lifts he tightens it in such a way that people will slowly suffocate over a period of 25 years. He plans to take over Beverly Hills!
