Our Destiny
Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God has plans for you, don't give up on reaching them. His grace is sufficient for you, appropriate the grace in your life to attain that destiny He has laid out for you.
You may feel like you have harbor bitterness, anger and resentment towards someone that has hurt you. God is not honored by these feelings. He would want you to deal with these feelings and allow His love to for give those that have offended you.
You may be here today, thinking that you don't know this God that can forgive you of all your sins and cast them into the sea of forgetfulness. You don't know this God that loves you no matter where you been. This God loves you so much that He gave up His own life so that you could have eternal life with Him in heaven. "He is not willing that anyone would perish, but all come to repentance." If you have never trusted Jesus to come in to your heart and forgive you of your sins, we want to give you an opportunity right now to do that.
To become a Christian, you need to know that: God loves you and has a perfect plan for your life (John 3:16, John 10:10); you are a sinner separated from God and cannot save yourself (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9); God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay for your sin and then raised Him from the dead (Romans 5:8, John 14:6); and you must repent of your sin and receive Jesus Christ into your heart in order to have eternal life (John 1:12, Romans 10:9).
Through the following prayer, you can obtain eternal life and become a true follower of Jesus Christ.
Dear Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned against You. Please forgive me. I want to thank You for dying on the cross for me. Right now I want to turn from my sins and ask You to come live in my heart. I receive You as my Savior and will follow You as my Lord from this day forward. In Your Name, Amen.
