My Dad,
My Hero...
Bob Maus
Sometimes there are things in life which we just cannot understand. My Dad's death is one of those things for me. He was so young, so strong, and so courageous. I miss him very much.
October 20, 1951 - January 17, 1998
My Dad loved life, especially his family and being outdoors. There were many things he loved. - his family
- fishing
- deer hunting
- watching wrestling on tv
- animals
- being outdoors
- pistachios
- flannel shirts
- Harley Davidson
- Reba McEntire
- his baby granddaughter, Meghan

Even during his battle with Cancer my Dad kept his sense of humor. He always worried more about how the rest of us were doing and never let himself believe he would be beat by this terrible disease. He fought and lived every day to its fullest, remaining stubborn to the end.
I only wish we could have had just one more day....

My Dad loved being outdoors and working in the garden.

There was always a vehicle to work on.
