4 cups diced cooked chicken
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp finely chopped onion
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 cup crushed potato chips
2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Mix first 8 ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. Combine chips, cheese and almonds and sprinkle on top. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
