3 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 (9") pie shell, baked
Combine egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel and lemon juice, butter and milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and cool. When cool, fold in sour cream. Pour
into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream or meringue. Chill completely before cutting.
