POTATO CASSEROLE

1 med onion, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup butter
1 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Saute onion and celery in the butter until softened. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except corn flakes, and stir until well blended. Season to taste. Place in buttered baking dish, sprinkle with corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
