I believe that the So Paulo tracks are the earliest live material of the band available on bootleg CD. My particular copy came in a thick, felt-covered gatefold case printed with the tribal Sepultura "S" and the "American Devastation" title, as pictured above. I've never seen or heard any reference to the case anywhere else.
Tracks 1-6 are of an overall good quality, but there are some occasional defects and static in the recording, and towards the end, the vocals get quite hard to hear. Stage banter is obviously in Portuguese. Track 1 starts with a fade-in that is well into the song.
Tracks 7-14 are from a show with Devastation and Faith Or Fear. The vocals appear to be distorted with a lot of echo and they often overpower the instruments. There is a drop-out at 1:52 during "Slaves of Pain," and a fade-out/break between tracks 12 and 13.

There seem to be a few slight changes in the volume level during the early part of this bootleg, but otherwise, an excellent show from before they started getting too modern and/or tribal-influenced. Max states that it's the first European show of the "Arise" tour. This seems to have been just a regular show at the Dynamo, as Dynamo Open Air for that year wasn't until May 20th.
"Slaves of Pain" has a false start (I think they mess up the lead run); they then start over from the beginning.
Track 13 contains a few seconds of the intros to "Sweet Leaf" and "Zero the Hero" respectively, and then goes into a cover of "Symptom of the Universe."

The back insert spines say "Brazilian Nuts." This is not from the soundboard--it's probably sourced from part of the radio broadcast of the show, because there are some edits and most of the profanity has been censored. I don't think the radio broadcast included the full set to begin with, and this bootleg doesn't even include all of the radio broadcast.
Note that there are several bootleg CDs of this show, some with editing and tracklisting differences:
"Castle Manifest 1994"
"In Concert '94"
"Live Hypnosis"
"Nailbomb"
"Sepultura England 1994"
"Territory"

Bootleg claims to be live in the UK '94 and appears to be from the Donington show of that year, but you can hear Max say "Gracie!" and "Ciao!" in the stage banter, so it's probably from the Milan show, which also exists on some other bootlegs. The tracks have edit and breaks between them, so if it is indeed from that show, the song order has been slightly rearranged and it is incomplete (the original Milan set had about 20 songs).
Note that the circular orange sticker on the cover scan is not part of the cover graphic.

No specific date information is given on the bootleg. The location is spelled "Rynhal" on the bootleg itself. Tracks 1-14 have breaks and fade-outs/fade-ins inbetween them, so most of the stage banter is lost. The Rijnhal tracks are also on the "Brainstorm," "Live In Rijnhal, Arnhem," and "Tales from the Crypt" bootlegs. "Crucifixion" is the shortened version with different lyrics (I think?) that Sepultura played in the 90s.
Tracks 15-17 seem to be a "live in the studio" type affair, as there's no crowd noise, and the sound is excellent. These tracks are also included on a few other bootleg CDs, including "Nutty Death."
I have no clue where the other 3 tracks are from. 18 and 19 are live, but track 20 just sounds like a jam session.
It's interesting to mention that the same back insert picture on this bootleg (with the skull-headed cop) seemed to be recycled for a lot of various bootlegs-- it was also used as the cover for the Iron Maiden "We're Gonna Get You" bootleg CD and a Judas Priest bootleg vinyl.

The text at the bottom of the front of the bootleg reads "Unlicensed Australian Collectors Edition 94"--probably released when Australian legal loopholes allowed unlicensed live recordings to be released.
Though no recording information is given, it's yet another of the many Donington '94 bootleg CDs available. Like the "Brazil Nuts" bootleg, there's some censoring, so it's been taken from the radio broadcast of the show and is an incomplete set. While the two bootlegs contain the same tracks, "Live Hypnosis" runs a tad bit longer, probably due to editing differences. I didn't notice any other noticeable major differences between the two, but the mid-'90s era of the band isn't exactly my favorite to listen to.
This bootleg was probably sourced from another bootleg CD, as you can hear faint noises where track seperations are between songs that don't correspond to the track indexing on the CD.
