Ingredients
|
1 kilo chicken / meat/ mutton
oil 1 1/2 cup
maida 1 1/2 cup
onion 1 chopped
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
1 packet nihari masala

Method
|
heat 1 cup oil in the pan add the garlic paste and stir then add the chicken and the nihari masala to it. then stir it for a few minutes. then add 10 cups of water.then let the chicken to cook. then take 3 cups water and add maida , drop by drop add it to the chicken , stirring it side by side.then heat the remaining 1/2 cup oil in a pan and add fry th chopped onion.then add the onion to the nihari. cover the pan and let it cook.
serve it with hot nan , chopped green chillies and chat masala.
