Ingredients
|
600 gm fresh cream
1 cup milk
2 egg's white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
light yellow food color as required

Method
|
beat the eggs and set aside.beat the cream with milk and sugar till the sugar disolves in the cream.mis eggs whites ,essence and the food color in the creamand beat well.pour ina containerand cover it with a foil paper.keep it in the freezerfor some hours. after a few hours your tasty vanilla icecream is ready to serve.
