"On January 25, 2002 I filled a kidnapping lawsuit against Bridgeport Hospital and Dr. Sun King Wan. In response to my kidnapping lawsuit James B. Rosenblum sent the superior Court of Connecticut district of New Haven and myself fraudulent papers along with my father's mentally sick cues.(hidden messages that wouldn't be noticed or look like a mistake or typographical error) Rosenblum committed a CRIME to get his client's malpractice suit illegally thrown out of court. It should be very easy for a good lawyer to get my case back in court, if for no other reason Bridgeport Hospital and Dr. Wan have played major role in literally terrorizing me from being able to get the Dexedrine which enables me to focus and concentrate."

"Because James B. Rosenblum couldn't do anything legally to get his client's malpractice suit thrown out of court, he said "the hell with the law" and committed a crime not only against me but the Superior Court of Connecticut. Judge J. Munro granted me 2 Sheriffs, whose fees were not to exceed $50 per defendant, which equals $100. The Sheriffs at New Haven Superior Court were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of all the Sheriffs in Fairfield and Hartford Counties. I hired Robert A. Magnusum Sr. to serve Bridgeport Hospital. Terry Chance who I have worked for in NYC lent me his cell phone to make several phone calls so I could hire Abe Giles to serve Dr. Wan. Everything on the page that James Rosenblum sent the court attesting to having Robert A. Magnuson Sr. serving Dr. Wan is fraudulent including "In the hands of Karen Leppo", a lie Rosenblum fabricated to illegally get Wan's malpractice case dismissed, and the fee of $55.60, $5.60 above Judge J. Monro's order. I also explained to every Sheriff I phones that the state of Connecticut would pay up to $50. The $55.60 Rosenblum's fraud cost the state could have been used to fight terrorism; it probably would have paid a Sky Marshall's salary for an hour."

"James Rosenblum also sent my father Lance C. Wilcox's mentally sick cues bragging that he paid off bad cops: Christopher Smith and cohorts 9th Prescient to falsely arrest me. On the only sentence on the entire page, not even two inches below the correct date, James Rosenblum wrote January 9, 2002 because first of all the 9th signifies the 9th Precinct. The 9th can have absolutely nothing to do with my kidnapping lawsuit against Bridgeport Hospital because it was over 2 weeks before his client even became a defendant. This is only the beginning."

"When one looks at the nursing discharge form (1 of 4 legal papers I had the state marshals deliver to Bridgeport Hospital and Dr. Wan) admitted to PICU 1 on 1/23/00 (my father's birthday) discharged 1/26/00 following no probable cause found per Judge Hall. When we take 1/9/02 and add the same time frame we get 1/12/02, the day Christopher Smith and his cohorts fabricated evidence and falsely arrested me. There is no question that in my father's sick mind that in retaliation for my escaping Bridgeport Hospital, initial 2 week imprisonment, he was going to have me thrown in jail for 2 weeks to prevent me from filing this lawsuit before the statue off limitations expired."

"My father is so mentally sick that he not only pays off people like Rosenblum and bad cops to harm me but he also sets them up to get caught. Somehow 15 is my father's number and also his signature. If Rosenblum knew that my father had paid off the Westport Stop&Shop manager to lower the price of Dexedrine (a class II narcotic) exactly 15 dollars from 61.69 Feb, 1999 to 46.69 Jan. 1999, he never would have added a 7 to 8th Street to make it 87th Street because 8+7=15. Rosenblum sent Federal Express February 27 and 28, 2002, exactly 15 pages of legal papers 10 and 5, with the wrong address 2 days in a row.

If one looks at my handwriting on the lawsuit it's obvious that 8th cannot be mistaken for 87th. On March 12, 2002 Rosenblum sent 4 more legal papers. 1) Robert A. Magnuson Sr. attesting to serving Bridgeport Hospital February 1, 2002. 2) Abe Giles attesting to serving Dr, Wan February 8th, 2002. 3) A fraudulent paper of Robert A. Magnuson to serving Dr. Wan February 7th, 2002. 4) A motion to dismiss March 7th, 2002, 5 days before March 12. When he sent the third and final Federal Express because he wanted to signify the 12th, the day Christopher Smith and cohorts falsely arrested me. When we add the four day dates, 1, 8, 7, 7, it equals 23, another date my father wanted to signify. Remember Rosenblum picked 2 of the day dates to make it equal 23. Dr. Wan and his receptionist Karen Leppo deliberately left the day date blank on their affidavits. FEBRUARY ___, 2002. About 12 years ago, my sister Kirsten, had a roommate Beverly a newly admitted lawyer to the bar in New Haven. There was a rental dispute in which Beverly moved out and expected Kirsten to fill her place. Kirsten couldn't find a roommate, so Beverly sued her. Beverly did the same thing, deliberately left the day date blank on something to prevent my sister from having an alibi if such a date were chosen. My father spent half the night typing a legal response. I had to bug my father consistently that night to make sure he typed in that the day date was deliberately left blank. There is a mountain of evidence that says I have ADHD and should be on Dexedrine and nothing but ADHD. I was in the dummies reading class from grade one into high school. Yet the 4 and 1/2 years I was on Dexedrine I learned a lot about psychiatric drugs. I was literally the but end of a joke to my trumpet teachers in high school and college. I played terribly and could almost never practice. But during the four and half years I was on Dexedrine, I learned to play several hundred songs along with the radio, 95% through the first try. I have hardly touched my trumpet since Dr. Wan committed malpractice. The Dexedrine reduces my obsessive compulsiveness the DEA has a four and a half year record that I don't abuse it. I would not look bak at previous delusional behavior caused by a combination of ADHD, alcohol and wrong drugs plus a totally dysfunctional family as being delusional."

"One of the few things I can remember growing up in Wilton Conn. was our teachers in school telling us how fortunate we were to live in the United States because we have a FREE PRESS, and that the Soviets had propagandists that wrote whatever the government told them to write. Our news media has gotten so horrible bad lately that not only can people like my father pay them off and threaten them, but billionaires like mayor Bloomberg can write a deliberate intentional front page headline lie in the AM New York newspaper, which is passed out free by Newsday every morning. I have walked through subway cars with my impeach Bloomberg picket sign and another sign with a copy of AM New York May 6, 2004 showing propaganda pleaser Michael Clancey's headline lie. I have literally spoken to in the tens of thousands. On the sign right next to the headline lie "I'M IN CHARGE Bloomberg sets record straight on who will handle Convention security", I wrote "WRONG BIMBO, THE SECRET SERVICE IS IN CHARGE." I've started out saying "look at this headline line, doesn't it make this AM New York newspaper worthless?" Michael Clancy ran away from me like a little coward, couldn't even stand up like a man and say he wrote the story.

What does this headline lie do? 1) It feeds the mentally sick egotistical mind of Michael Bloomberg. 2) It confuses and teaches young people how to lie. 3) It puts tension between the secret service and the police. So that's why Michael Clancy ran away like a little coward, he knew the harm the lie would cause. They aught to place federal criminal charges against Bloomberg and Clancy, and let them both join Martha Stewart in jail."
