This poem is from TSR's Dragonlance serie. It has caught my eye and my hart from the first time I read it. It is called Huma's song.

This one isn't actually a poem. Its something Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman wrote in their dragonlance novel "Dragons of Summer Flame" It is called To Sojourners in Krynn.
