They were created Großherzogliche Prinz/Prinzessin und Markgraf/Markgräfin von Baden with the style Großherzogliche Hoheit by HRH Grand Duke Karl on October 4th, 1817. Their descendants in male lineage were granted the style Großherzogliche Hoheit on August 15th, 1844.
