Herbs are cultivated at Enorbis’s farms, through contract farming or by leasing forest area. They are then dried through natural shade drying, collected, cleaned, inspected, quality tested, processed and packed under hygienic conditions.

Herbal extracts are thoroughly tested at Enorbis labs and also at other certified  labs. Enorbis products are appreciated for their quality and purity by customers worldwide. Applying High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Multi-stage Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) and Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), incoming plant materials are evaluated to verify species, variety and quality, and thorough analytical methods and optimal extraction procedures are developed to ensure batch to batch consistency. Throughout the manufacturing process every extract is subjected to a series of control tests which examine physical and chemical properties such as active constituents, color, flavor and purity. Each finished extract undergoes a final microbiological and HPLC analysis prior to its release for delivery.
