Luni Coleone - In the Mouth of Madness
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- This is just the intro to the album. There is a coo beat in the background.
- This track gets the album started off right with some strait heat. The beat is tight and
both Luni and Skee 64 come hard on the mic. I like Luni as Lunasicc more, but for tracks
like this only Luni Coleone would fit in. A tight track overall, one of my favorites.
- This is another hard track. The beat is clean and Luni and Greedy come hard as fuck on
the mic. Luni flows about the haters. He spits some hard nosed lyrics. I'm feeling this
track, another one of my favorite tracks on the album.
- The production is tight as fuck on this one. The beat knoccs hard and I like the
background effects. Luni comes hard, and only Luni would make it on this track. This is
tigh track except for the hook. I'm feeling it though, a tight track overall.
- This is a little skit. Not even a good skit.
- I don't like how the beat is on this track. I'm not really feeling Luni's flow on this
one either. The hook is coo, but besides that I'm not feeling this track. Skip it.
- I love this track. It's sort of a tribute to all the fallen homies. The hook is tight
and the production is clean. Marvaless and Killa Tay come clean on this one. I'm feeling
everything on this track. A clean track overall.
- Luni comes hard on this track too, but I'm not really feeling it too much. I don't like
the beat that much and the background effects aren't that good. It reminds of me of the
track he did on "Xorcist," except that he sounds like Luni Coleone and doesn't come as
tight. I'm not feeling it at all.
- A skit. It's a scene from "Rush Hour."
- Daz starts off the track with a coo little flow. I don't really like his verse though
because they beat doesn't fit his style. The beat is alright, but I don't like the
background effects too much. The hook is terrible too. Overall this track is just weak.
Skip this one.
- The beat is coo, but Luni just fucks it up with his voice. This is another track that
Lunasicc would have been better. I'm not feeling it, can't say anything else.
- X-Raided comes hard on this track. He says Lunasicc at first which I wish it was. X has
a good verse to start the track off. The beat fits in well with his flow. I think it
would have been better as Lunasicc, but he still comes tight. I'm feeling it.
- A couple ladies on this track with Luni. I'm feeling the beat as it knoccs hard. The
background seem a bit repetitive, but they're alright. Marvaless starts it off with a
good verse. Luni has the second verse and spits some coo lyrics. Lady Smoke isn't even
close to as good as Marvaless. It's a coo track overall.
- This is just another skit.
- This track knoccs so hard. Luni comes much better on this track than some of the other
tracks on this album. Mad Dog is just on the hook. A clean track overall, I'm feeling
it.
- I don't like how the beat cuts off all the time on this track. Luni starts it off and
comes hard as ever. I don't like how this track was produced at all. B-Legit spits a
good verse, but the production doesn't fit his style at all. I'm not feeling this track
too much.
- The title track is alright. I like Luni's flow on this track. The beat is coo and I'm
feeling the production more on this track. It's a coo track overall, nothing special,
but it works for me.
- The beat is pretty good on this track. I like the piano in the background and everyone
comes pretty hard on the mic. It's a good track to end the album with. I'm feeling it.
Overall this album did not come off that tight to me. I wasn't feeling a majority of the
beats on it and I don't like Luni Coleone's new style. A lot of tracks on this would
have worked better if he would have flowed like Lunasicc. Some tracks were really hard
though. I would say pass on this one, unless you are a big Lunasicc/Luni Coleone fan.
