Zigidy - Zigilaytion
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- A nice beat from Marco Brinkz. Zigidy and Black C just talk about the album. Black C
never has a verse at all. Just a little intro.
- DJ Mark 7 lays down a clean beat. Zigidy has some good flows, but his voice is hard to
get in to. He flows about where he comes from and just some info about himself. Like the
title says it's a little introduction to himself as a rapper. A good track overall, but
again his voice is hard to get in to.
- Salvatore lays down a good beat. Mac Dre has a nice laid back verse to offset Zigidy's
style. The track is a little short and each only have one verse. A good track overall,
but nothing special.
- A coo beat from Excessive on this track. Ant D.O.G. starts it off with a tight ass verse.
I'm feeling Ant D.O.G.'s verse more than Zigidy's. I like him on the hook too. Zigidy
has some fast paced flows on this one. A clean track overall, I'm feeling Ant D.O.G. to
the fullest.
- A hard bass line on the beat by L.O.Gic and 1/2 Gramm Gritty. The flows are pretty coo
on this track. I think this track would have been best with a little better beat than
the one it has. A pretty good track overall.
- A solid beat from L.O.Gic, but it's nothing special. Zigidy starts it off with a coo
verse, although it's hard to get into his style. He does spit some coo lyrics though.
I'm not feeling L.O.Gic on the mic at all and I'm not liking K Nelly at all either. A
decent track at best.
- A clean ass beat from L.O.Gic. Black C starts it off with a tight ass verse. He rips
up the mic and comes with some hard lyrics. Zigidy has a clean verse, one of his best
on the album. One of my favorite tracks on the album. Tight track overall.
- A decent beat from DJ Mark 7. I'm not feeling Zigidy's flow on this one. Seems like he's
trying too hard on this track. He needs to focus on the laid back flows and not trying
to sound too hard. A skipper.
- Both Zigidy and Smoov-E have similar styles, but they are both either love em or hate
em type of flows. I don't like the hook at all. I'm not really feeling anything about
this at all, skip it.
- The quality on this track doesn't sound very good at all. I'm not feeling the beat by
Malice at all. The flows are only decent by everyone, nothing that really stands out
to me. Another track to skip.
- A decent beat from Los Dog and some cool scratches by DJ Mini-Mex. I'm not feeling the
flows on this track at all. I don't like the style they spit with and the beat doesn't
do anything to make the track any better. Just skip it.
- A coo beat from Marco Brinkz. Some nice laid back styled flows from everyone that fit
well with the beat. Any faster of a beat and I don't think this track would have worked,
but it's coo how it is now. A good track overall.
- This is the same track from Zigidy's first album. It has a coo beat from L.O.Gic and
some decent flows. A nice laid back track. Good overall.
- A tight ass beat from Zigidy and L.O.Gic. Pat Rich starts it off with a coo verse. Pat
Rich is the only one that I'm feeling on this track. I don't like the flows from anyone
else. A decent track overall because of Pat Rich and the beat.
- They all flow about that yayo. A decent beat from L.O.Gic, but nothing special. I'm
feeling this slow laid back track. Everyone has some coo flows. It's nothing special,
but a coo laid back track to listen to.
- A clean beat from JC Bautista and Zigidy. A good mix from the 50.50 Records team here.
They all come clean on the mic. A coo track to finish the album with.
Overall this wasn't as good as Zigidy's first album. I liked the production a little bit
more from his debut album and I think that he should have cut down on the appreances. I
understand that this was a colaboration album, but I would have liked to see less people
on it. I was expecting a little bit more from 50.50. Maybe Zigidy's next will bring more
heat, but this one falls a bit short of what I was expecting.
