Deposit:
A $200 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold
the reservation for you. The balance plus a $100 security
deposit is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Check-In/ Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is before
10 am
Rental Package:
A rental package will be mailed upon receipt of the balance.
The package contains keys to the unit, directions, and a parking
pass.
Cancellations:
A full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee will be made for
cancellations 45 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation
is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, a refund (minus
a $100 cancellation fee) will be issued if a replacement booking
can be made. There will be no refund, if no replacement booking
can be found. No refund on or after your arrival date.
Liability:
We are not responsible for loss of any property the tenants
or the tenants' guests leave in the condo. Should for any
reason or at any time, the condo become unavailable or unsuitable
for occupancy (e.g., a hurricane hits Hilton Head Island),
we will refund you a prorated balance of your rent. That is
the extent of our liability. We shall not be liable
for any injuries, accidental or otherwise, to the tenants
or their guests.
