In Memory of Pippy

a little angel left me today
with feathered wings, she flew far away

the angel that saw me through good times and bad
on days when life had me down and quite sad

i guess in her heart she felt it was time
i'm all grown up now; she knew i'd be fine

and so here we are, our hearts quite blue
