Latino Apartment is a cosy 2 bed apartment, on the first floor, access
by a stairway. It is a brand new Apartment finished in 2005,
in an existing structure, it is one of only 4 in the block, situated
perfectly for the Town
It has all the utensils you would expect to find at home, satellite TV ( BBC, sky news etc.), modern stereo equipment, DVD and Video Player, iron and ironing board, automatic washing machine etc.
It accommodates 4 Adults comfortably ( 2 single beds and 1 double bed), and is adaptable for up to 6 people, if these include small children ( Sofa bed in Living room converts to a double bed), bear in mind if you require it for 6 that there is 1 bathroom.

A Roof Terrace that overlooks the ocean ( 75m away) with breathtaking views, is shared between only the 4 Apartments, an ideal sun bathing area and a barbecue place for the evening summer nights. |
