HEALING

To heal, go to places that serve you food directly, ie they don't make you hold it to eat it.
Also use party, so you have an idea how much time you have been using a form and killing as well as the xp.
Just some helpful hints for those just starting.

When I was raising panther and cat I mainly healed in the Eastroad Inn and the monks meditating room. Other options would be from Misha, the food place in Dalair, Hesters Inn just south west of the Shifters board, and the inn in Ravel (have to climb into the ravine).

As a treant, who can't go inside to buy heals, I've been buying and smoking parkraz, buying fish from Dermott, meditating in the monk room, and getting free heals from Anasazi, Paladin Estates and Fort Vlaughn. You can also buy some fruit from the merchants in Drakhiya if you can be bothered walking all the way down there ;)
