Hilltop Camp 2003
Dear Parents/Guardian: Hilltop Camp’s are almost here! The dates are June 8-13 for Teen Camp, and July
6-10 for Junior Camp. We are
preparing a terrific program for your children and teenager(s), but to insure
everyone has a great time, there is some paperwork that needs to be completed
and returned when they come to camp. You
and your child(ren) need to complete the following forms in order for us to
comply with state requirements: Camper
Registration (parent) Parental
Agreement Form (parent) Ropes
Course Agreement (both) Camper
Profile (both) Conduct
Agreement (camper) Because our course is now certified, we are now required
to have participants complete the “Ropes Course Agreement” form. Again, please keep in mind that it is a government
requirement that these forms be completed and on file during camp.
Your child will not be allowed to come to camp without these completed
release forms. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
